This Privacy Policy describes how Nehaze Technologies Private Limited (“NeHaze”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use NeHaze — a multi-side coaching platform connecting learners with coaches, academies and communities across disciplines such as creative arts, wellness, sports, fitness and tuition — including our mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account & profile details — your name, mobile number (verified via OTP), email address, profile photo, bio, and, for trainers and associations, credentials, specialties, pricing, availability and listing details.
- Authentication data — information from mobile OTP verification and, if you choose, social login (e.g. Google or Facebook).
- Booking & session data — sessions you book, schedule, attend or cancel, and related preferences.
- Communications — messages you exchange through our in-app chat, and any support requests or feedback you send us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, and how you interact with the Platform.
- Location data — with your permission, approximate or precise location to show trainers, academies and communities near you.
- Log & diagnostic data — technical logs to keep the Platform secure, stable and functional.
2.3 Payment information
One-time payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers. We receive limited transaction details (such as status, amount and a payment reference) needed to confirm and record your booking.

- Create and manage your account and profile.
- Enable trainer discovery, bookings, scheduling and payments.
- Facilitate real-time chat and notifications.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests or feedback.
- Maintain safety, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- Improve, personalise and develop the Platform.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the Platform:
- With trainers, associations and users you transact with — for example, a trainer sees the booking details of a user who books a session with them.
- With service providers — payment processing (Razorpay), real-time chat and messaging infrastructure (Firebase), authentication providers, cloud hosting and analytics, strictly to provide the Platform.
- For legal reasons — where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of NeHaze, our users or the public.
- In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Third-Party Services
The Platform relies on trusted third parties, including Razorpay (payments), Firebase (chat and notifications) and social login providers such as Google and Facebook. Your use of these services is also governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. When no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, token-based authentication (JWT) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Access, review and update your profile information within the app.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal limits.
- Manage permissions such as location and notifications through your device settings.
- Request that we restrict or stop certain processing of your data.

9. Children’s Privacy
NeHaze offers coaching for learners of all ages, including children. Accounts and bookings must be created and managed by an adult (a parent or legal guardian) who is responsible for any minor in their care. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without such guardian involvement and consent. If you believe a child has provided us information without guardian consent, please contact us so we can address it.
10. International Users & Governing Law
NeHaze is operated from India, and your information is processed in India. This policy is governed by the laws of India. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your information as described here.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or this website, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
